Prestigious NYC Gracie Square Art Show Celebrates 40th Year

Saturday, Se[tember 22nd and Sunday, September 23rd

East End Avenue and 86th Street

Now an annual tradition, The Gracie Square Art Show, will feature professional artists who offer gallery quality art, including watercolors, oils, pastels, sculpture and photography. Artists involved come from around the corner and from across the country. This prominent show draws a wide audience of art collectors, patrons, enthusiasts, and critics. The setting in Carl Schurz Park, which hugs the East River, offers a peaceful respite for residents of Manhattan’s affluent and culturally inspired Upper East Side. Enter on 86th Street and East End Ave.

Art for the Kids

On Sunday, Sepember 23rd from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., an educator from The Museum of Modern Art will demonstrate several inspirational art forms to children, and oversee a project of their own. Each child who completes their project will get a family pass to MOMA. All ages are welcome.
